Voter

This software is designed to study the effects of voter participation with majority rule. In this game each player is assigned to one of two parties, and must choose whether or not to participate in an election. The side with the most participants wins a prize; participation has a monetary cost. Although it currently encompasses a fairly narrow class of games, it can easily be modified to allow broader classes of voting games.
